Requirements	STV Incorporated currently has an opening for a Business Development Manager for the Western Territory in our Transportation and Infrastructure division. We are seeking an individual with 15 years experience and a background in all forms of transportation including highways, bridges, and public transportation. This individual must have experience in marketing and working for all forms of transportation agencies including state DOTs, US DOT, transit agencies, passenger railroads, freight railroads, county and local governments. This person will cover everything west of Missisippi. A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is required, a PE is preferred.
