We are looking for a Principal Build & Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with teams to meet their build needs, both from a workflow as well as from an infrastructure perspective. You will manage build machines, both physical and virtual, develop pipelines, and support developers in their day-to-day operations. Your role will be critical in ensuring that the team's software development process is efficient and streamlined. #azurehwjobs
ResponsibilitiesAs a Principal Build and Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Partner with appropriate stakeholders to understand needs of build and test infrastructureWork with related teams to provide access to emulated future devices and prototype systemsEnsure that the DPU Tools team can build and support needed build and test infrastructurePlan for longer-term requirements for both build hardware and access to prototype and working Azure systemsHelp team move existing build and test infrastructure toward Azure processes and platforms while keeping existing hardware and software development making rapid progress
