We are looking for a dedicated Process Group Lead to join our talented team at our office located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In this role, you will provide leadership of technical discipline and direct the day-to-day operational activities of the department. You will also be responsible for the delivery of target gross margin profits of the department. Additionally, you will manage staffing activities, including recruiting, retention, and development of department staff.
Position Responsibilities
Salary Range - $165,000 - $210,000
Travel based on the project location. This position is a safety-sensitive position. The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.
