- Perform land surveys for maintenance, location, and relocation of property corners through the use of GPS equipment and/or conventional surveying equipment
- Perform construction surveys for roads, bridges, buildings, subdivisions, and other properties.
- Perform boundary surveys and establish rights-of-way and easements for roads and properties.
- Research legal and survey records to acquire information about property boundaries, including deeds, easements, vacations, dedications, Right of Ways, riparian rights, etc.
- Perform basic and advanced field calculations for all aspects of survey work with AutoCAD.
- Manage project activities, budgets, and timelines.
- Train and develop Survey Technicians.
- Ensure the safe performance of project work.

What we're looking for:
- Must hold a Professional Land Surveyor license in Pennsylvania, additional licensure in other states is a plus (such as MD or WV).
- 5-7 years of surveying experience.
- Proficiency working in AutoCAD and GPS
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines, lead staff, and provide subcontractor oversight.
